Title:  System Support Engineer

Job Description:

·         Management of System, software, Network & hardware support.

·         Data Backup of users

·         Installation of Laptops/PC's, printers

·         Monitoring Network

·         Video Conference & Audio conference

Skills Required:

• Installation & Configuration of different Operating Systems on both Servers and client Machines(Desktops &Laptops)
• Install and configured various types of software
• Good understanding of Network topologies
• Configuration of all types of WIFI Devices
• PC & Laptop hardware problem diagnosing & troubleshooting
• Recovery of data from corrupted, reformatted drives with disk recovery tools
• Should be Familiar with Data Centre Facilities
• Good Team Player & Collaboration
• Quick Learner

 

Qualification:

·         Minimum Bachelors – Preferably in Computer Science

Salary Range:

·         Salary 20 k to 25 k.
