Job Description:
· Is required to sell Managed services, Cloud , DR , Collocation
· Responsible for business development, bringing in new clients and meeting target deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Must achieve the assigned target in the required period of time
· Appointment of reseller ship
· Customer Relationship Management
Required Skills:
· Ideal candidate would have excellent communication & presentation skills
· Good Interpersonal skills where candidate can build strong relationships with clients as well as deliver a good sales pitch
· Must have relevant technical knowledge.
· 1 – 2 years experience is required of working in Telecom Industry or IT background.

2) Internee – NOC Engineering:
Job Description:
General Responsibilities:
· Primary responsibility is to monitor validate errors that are detected, and escalate to other staff when needed.
· React to alarms/events generated within an infrastructure monitoring platform based on corresponding procedures.
· Coordinating the NOC response to alarms/events and ensuring standard, daily processes are followed.
· Maintain service level agreements by maintaining NOC escalation time lines and continuous re-assessment of open issues.
· Interact with other departments ( Access, OSP) to address issues identified within the network
· Actively work with NOC team, OSP / IP team and external Service Providers on problem resolution activities
· Generate reports on issue and network trends
· Other duties as assigned
Qualification / Experience / Skills:
· Preferred fresh Four years college degree in Telecom / Computer / Electronics or a related field recommended.
· Knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure a plus.
· Advanced, applied knowledge of Cisco Technologies
· Working knowledge of DWDM and SONET
· Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; experience in a 7x24x365 support environment a plus
· Excellent troubleshooting skills
· Good decision-making skills
· Aptitude to learn fast, retain and apply knowledge in a complex fast-paced environment
· Ability to work under stress
· Ability to follow detailed procedures
· Ability to work within a team environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
· Passion for technology and learning new things
