Technical Business Proposal Writer: required

We are a mid-sized US based company which deals in global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing. We provide scalable solutions to our offshore clienteles. • Coordinate and prepare responses to request for proposals (RFPs)
• Gather, organize, write, edit and deliver winning RFP responses
• Review all proposal submissions for completeness and compliance with the solicitation and provide re- write/edits as necessary
• Conduct research/analysis on prospective clients, competitors, markets and industries
• Assist business development team with sales proposals and presentations where necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications or English
• Possess thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of proposal development, including technical research, writing and editing
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve business issues
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated talent for writing about technology issues for both technical and non-technical audiences
