Their Services offered in various sectors like Automobile, Textile, Oil and Gas, Educational, Media, Telecommunication, Financial and Government. We have following job opening for their Karachi office.

Job Description:

The position of Engagement Executive exists to coordinate preparation of presale deliverables with the project management office, the technical team and sales office. The position reports to the Engagement Manager and is responsible for the execution of jobs like development of proposal documents, presentations, PEDs (project estimated duration) and EOIs, etc. related to presale activities.

· Execute tasks related to the development of pre-sale deliverables i.e. proposals, EOIs, presentations, demos etc. in coordination with the Engagement Manager, Project Manager and Account Manager.

· Collect required information for the development of pre-sale deliverable from the Sales Office and coordinate with the Project Manager the process of proposal and other deliverable development.

· Assist Engagement Manager in handling queries related to proposals, resource outsourcing request, training, POCs, health checks, product demos and presentations etc.

· Maintain record of all queries assigned and update the status of queries daily in the Engagement Manager’s query sheet.

· Enter daily tasks with respect to the assigned queries in the EMS query on daily basis and copy all the data related to proposals, plans, PEDs etc. to the repository.

· Prepare and submits proposals, presentations and EOIs, etc. within assigned due date by the project manager.

· Maintain follow-ups with the technical and sales team on the development of proposals and other deliverables.

· Follow prescribed query handling procedures and processes as defined by the Company policies.

· Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior (Engagement Manager).

Requirement:

· BCS/BBA from reputed University

· Experience in solution design preferred

· Excellent coordination skills

· Excellent Analytical skills

· Good in Attitude

· Excellent verbal and written communication.

Salary Package:

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 Pak Rs.
