- Education: Mechanical Engineering
- Responsible of Assigned Sectors of Spare Parts Markets Respectively.
- Visiting their designated visit for order collection on regular basis.
- Responsible for enhancing Spare Parts Dealer Network in their assigned sectors.
- Developing Sales and Network Report on monthly basis.
- Responsible to deliver dealers Back-Order Summaries at the end of every month and also explain dealers remaining Back-Order and Credit or Debit in descriptive manner.
- Create monthly presentation of Sales, Collection and network enhancement.
- Coordinating with Sales & Service personnel as well as dealers in order to create a productive synergy in term of parts supplies.
REGIONAL INCHARGE PARTS (SOUTH SALES). Position = 1
- Education: B-TECH
- Responsible for achieving Sales Target of South Region.
- Responsible for issuing operational guidelines to respective Regional In charges for target achievements.
- Responsible for planning & organizing the Spare Parts Sales Force of South as well as to monitor the performance of Spare Parts Dealers.
- Assist Karachi Center Head by providing timely feedback with regard to market Intelligence Report, Parts Surveys etc for realistic forecasting.
- To create demand of Lube &, consumable items by working on ASS Channel by integrating Service & Parts.
- Analysis of Regional Reports & provide with solutions to problems.
- Developing business plans & suggests strategies for achieving goals.
- Assist subordinates in preparation of Surveys / Sales Reports & presentations.
- Prepare Network Development Plan as well as get it done by individuals at Sector level / Regional level to increase Company market share of Genuine parts sales.
