·    US work or study experience
·    Native or near-native fluency in English
·    Familiarity with internet-based recruiting
·    Recruitment experience preferred but not essential
·    Superior interpersonal skills
·    Comfort with working North American hours (9 pm to 6 am Pakistan time)
·    US visa or travel qualification preferred.
