Assalamoalaikum,

FACULTY POSITIONS: The National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (FAST-NU) Karachi Campus is looking for experienced full‑time faculty members in the following areas. Applicants must have a PhD/M.Phil/MS/MBA degree from foreign or reputed local universities, and fulfill HEC criteria for faculty appointments. Non PhDs must have an interest to do PhD and must demonstrate active research and teaching potential.

For Lab Instructor / Junior Lecturer, applicants must have BS in Computer Science (or related discipline).

For Lab Engineer, applicants must have BE/BS in Electronics Engineering (or related discipline) from a PEC accredited programme.  

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING: Thermodynamics & Engineering Mechanics, Industrial Electronics, Digital Electronics.

COMPUTER SCIENCE: Computer Programming and Object Oriented Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms, Theoretical Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Networks and Distributed Systems, Databases and Data Mining, Software Engineering and Project Management, Game Development and Multimedia. Applications in other areas are also encouraged.

MANAGEMENT SCIENCES: Finance, Marketing, Management.

SCIENCES & HUMANITIES: Physics, Islamic Studies, Pakistan Studies, Mathematics, English.
