Multiple Jobs in Almeezan Investment Management

Al Meezan Investment Management Limited the largest Shariah compliant asset management company in Pakistan requires the services of suitable candidates for the following positions:

1. Risk Head:

Job Role:
Responsibilities include designing and implementing overall risk management process, monitoring and evaluating the organization's success in managing various risks that the entity is exposes to such as Strategic, Operational, Functional and Financial Risks.

Requirement:
Candidates should be masters in relevant field or similar qualification in related discipline with minimum five years'of experience preferably in mutual funds or financial sector.

2. MARKETING MANAGER:

Job Role:
Responsibilities include conducting various marketing activities, identifying and recommending promotional items, preparation of campaigns, organizing of events ensuring that they are inline with the overall mission and vision of the company.

Requirement:

Candidates should be masters in sales or marketing with minimum three years' experience preferably in financial sector.


3. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER:

Job Role:
Responsibilities include assisting HR Head in designing and implementation of human resource policies including staffing, performance management, compensation, learning and development.
Requirement:
Candidates should be masters in relevant field or similar qualification in related discipline with minimum three years' of experience preferably in mutual funds or financial sector.

4. SENIOR INVESTMENT ADVISORS:

(POSITIONS BASED IN KARACHI, LAHORE, FAISALABAD & ISLAMABAD)
Job Role:
Responsibilities include providing investment advice, creating awareness of mutual funds through active sales calls and new client relationship building. The position requires outdoor sales of mutual funds.
Requirement:
Candidates should be bachelors with minimum two years' experience preferably in asset management companies/financial products sales.

5. SERVICE QUALITY OFFICER:

Job Role:
Responsibilities include for making sure that the company's service quality principles and values are being followed on regular basis and assisting service quality head in designing service level agreements and measures.

Requirement:
Candidates should be graduates with minimum two years' experience in mutual funds/financial sector.
