Skill-set: Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant

-8+ Years of rich and varied experience in working on Oracle Apps Implementation & Support projects.

-Implementation experience on Oracle e-Business Suite (Oracle HRMS modules).

-Implementation and support experience on Oracle e-Business Suite (Oracle order to cash modules).

-Implementation experience on Oracle e-Business Suite (Oracle EAM modules).

-Multiple complete end to end ERP life cycle implementations covering Requirement Analysis, Process Mapping, GAP Analysis, Setups, and Functional Specification for Customizations, Testing, User Training, CRP, Go-live and Post Implementation support.

-Implementation experience in Various Business Verticals like Chemical industry, Gas and Oil Industry and Governmental Sector.

-Implemented Oracle HR Core ,Payroll , OLM , SSHR , IRec & have Setup and maintain their integration with each other and with the financial , SCM and EAM Modules

-Implemented Payroll Module & Setup and maintain their Technical part related to the fast formula and Setup and maintain the integration with financial modules.

-Provided support on Oracle HR Core , Payroll , OLM ,SSHR , OTL and IExpense modules.

There is a urgent requirement of Oracle Apps Technical Consultant in a reputable company in Qatar. This is a permanent job and below is the job description; 

The person should have minimum four years of experience in a same role.

Candidate must have experience in Oracle Apps R12.

2-3 full life-cycle implementation experience.

Should have experience of using standard implementation processes such as AIM and OUM.

Should be very strong in Forms, Reports, Personalization, Alerts, Workflow and OAF/ADF, XML Publisher, Open Interfaces and API's.

Candidate should have hands-on experience of data migration.

Proficient in custom development of Oracle applications, with extensive experience in PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, stored packages, database triggers.

Strong in SQL query design and performance tuning.

Experience in creating and updating technical design documents and test scripts.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Functional knowledge of any Oracle EBS module would be an added advantage.

Should have minimum bachelor degree.

Job description

The ERP Systems-Epicor- Administrator is responsible for ensuring the reliable performance of the company ERP system. Resolves ERP Epicor related hardware, software and system problems. Monitors and maintains ERP systems security. Installs new software releases and system upgrades, and evaluates and installs patches.

• Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Epicor ERP and other operational databases.
• Monitor ERP security.
• Identify and resolve system errors and issues.
• Participate in meetings and projects of the designing and testing of ERP
• Ensure the ERP system meets Code Corporations business requirements and goals; this includes employee and management requirements.
• Installation of new software release and upgrades.
• Evaluate and make recommendation to improve reliability and performance of ERP.
• Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelors degree in information systems or computer science from accredited University or equivalent.
-          1 – 3 Years’ experience dealing with ERP systems, preferably international ERP.
