Position : CRM Consultant Location : Singapore Employment Type : PERMANENT Role:- CRM Consultant (to support an internally developed tool known as the "Global Deal Calculation (GDC) Tool". The Consultant's main tasks would be to provide technical support to all GDC users in the 14 countries in the APAC Region, where areas of responsibilities are as such: Responsible for efficient roll-in/out of the GDC tool within the APAC region. Implement and coordinate system version upgrades, integration system testing as well as harmonization of GDC related business processes. Consult, Coordinate and facilitate system related Change Requests, and act as a liaison point between IT, Regional Hub and Global IT team. Provide 2nd level support to business, actively identifying issues and coordinate the resolution where necessary. To act as a liaison point between Regional Hub to IT (Regional/Global) Support and implement integration to other Enterprise application systems Configure and implement Systems during roll-in/out, including system updates and upgrades. Implement and harmonize APAC GDC business processes via best practices while ensuring compliance with Roche Project Management Methodology.
