Responsible for maintaining the company’s IT network, servers and security systems. To ensure this doesn’t happen, you’ll be responsible for investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting IT usage stats, making recommendations for improving the company’s IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions. On a day to day basis, provide help to colleagues with more basic IT needs, including setting up new users and managing backup, security and passwords. Monitoring internet and email use. Manages the operation of computer hardware and software systems in the company. Builds and maintains computer networks to share data, printers, and Internet connections.
Requirements
Bachelor degree At least 6 years experience in the Information Technology Field and computer systems, including web designing. Must be able to manage IT and computer systems, ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software, and monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access, updating the company’s website whenever needed.
