Education/Professional Qualification
1. Bachelors in Comp. Science
2. Masters in Computer Science
3. MBA
4. CA/ACCA
5. Oracle Financials Certified
6. PMI
Skills required
1. Expertise in managing an IT team with responsibilities in multiple functional areas and various technologies
2. Having worked on ERP Applications, databases, development tools with implementation projects
3.Familiarity with multinational organization’s working style (preferably European organizations)
4. Active involvement in systems analysis and design preferably using Objected Oriented technology
5. Exposure of performing end-to-end functions in accounting and procurement preferably with business process re-engineering
6. Ability to create training material, work procedures, job descriptions and performance evaluations
