Jobs Description1.Assist IT Team to provide desktop support
2.Assist IT Team in administration of computer networks including LAN, WAN, Systems (Servers & Workstations) and Platforms (windows)
3.Hardware and Software Installation, configuration and trouble shooting.
4.Assist in Data backup and recovery
5.Maintain an inventory of IT Resources (Hardware & Software), maintain logs related to Network Functions as well maintenance and repair records
6.Assist in administration of PABX equipments, console & extensions
7.Analyze equipment performance records in order to determine need for repair or replacement
8.Installation and administration of principal applications (Server and standalone installation)
Job Specification Understanding of LAN/ WAN infrastructure
Desktop applications, Windows Platform
MCSE, CCNA Trainings will be a plus
