We at TRG are looking for Doctors or Nurses as Customer Support Executives

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Executive you will:
• Field concerns and questions from patients.
• Communicate with patients over the phone or by e-mail.
• Be first point of contact for patients who have problems or inquiries about a product or service.
• When a patient calls, the representative will be able to answer basic questions about the patient's concerns or update the patient's information.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess graduate with Gynecologist or Equivalent to 3 Years Nursing Diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate
• Shift Timings: 4pm – 12am
