 Job Description

We are looking for hard working, active and responsible person for the post of Software Quality Assurance Engineer. We need highly motivated QA engineer with experience and concepts of Testing methodologies, Bug Life Cycle, Testing Types (Smoke, Functional, Regression, Performance etc).

 Requirements

•           Must be a Computer Science Graduate. (BCS/BS/MS)

•           Solid understanding of Software Development Processes and Procedures, SDLC.

•           Ample knowledge of the Databases.

•           Good concepts of Object Oriented Programming.

•           Good concepts of Testing methodologies, Bug Life Cycle, Testing Types and Testing Cycle.

•           Ability to perform Smoke, Functional, Regression and System Testing.

•           Ability to identify, track and Report Bugs (Preferably using any Bug Tracking Tool)

•           Knowledge of ISO and CMMI standards will be plus point.

•           Must provide accurate and timely status reports on all activities to project leaders/supervisors as necessary.

•           Identify key business improvement opportunities and potential future projects.

 

 Other Skills

 

•           Good documentation and technical writing skills.

•           Good communication skills.

•           Excellent command over English, both in written and spoken.

•           Team building, including cross-functional team building.
