Job Description:
- Working Hours : 8 Hours- Different shifts
- Experience :Minimum 5 years of working experience in Information Technology (IT) customer service/support via email ,phone and Instant messaging. (Remote Support)
- Communication Skills: Expert In English
Microsoft Office:
- Word : Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm.
- Outlook : Email , Calendar management , Meetings Setup , understanding of time zones of different countries.
Organizational Skills :
- Punctually (zero excuse or absenteeism)
- Organize files/information in appropriate folders
- Follow up on tasks assigned with extreme responsibility "to get things done"
- Follow rules (no mistakes, zero tolerance for mistakes)
"Can do" attitudes
Coordination skills:
- Customer oriented
- Service mentality
- Flexible about working hours
- Quick Learner (need to be taught once)
Education :
- English medium schooling preferred
- IT certifications (i.e. A+ , Microsoft)
- Networking Certifications (CCNA , Network + )
