Senior  Consultant/ Project Manager – Doha, Qatar
5+ years Project Manager with hands on development experience in MS SharePoint, .Net applications, C# is required for a Microsoft Gold partner company at Doha. The project manager will manage the onsite & offsite team in executing projects on Microsoft technologies preferably SharePoint 2010/ EPM 2010. The project Manager must have experience of managing SharePoint 2010/ EPM 2010 projects with excellent management & communication skills.

Project Management	·         Manage multiple projects from kickoff to closure ·         Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. ·         Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities. ·         Manage onsite & offsite team ·         Manage scope and day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects. ·         Prepare for plan reviews and quality assurance procedures. ·         Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. ·         Prepare minutes of meetings or other documentation that captures decisions made, Issues, Risks Action Items and Key
Pre-Sales	·         Manage pre sales activities such as o   Proposal development o   Demos o   Solution defense
Communication Skills	·         Can able to deliver demos/ presentation to large audience ·         Must be good in soft skills ·         Hold regular status meetings with project team. ·         Keep project team well informed of status. ·         Effectively communicate relevant project information to management. ·         Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion. ·         Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. ·         Outstanding listening skills.
Must to have	·         5-7 years of project management experience managing multiple medium to large-scale projects (SharePoint/ EPM) ·         Familiarity with IT Controls and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) ·         Excellent in documentation (Requirement specification, etc) ·         Hands on experience on Visio ·         Excellent analytical, teaming, and interpersonal skills ·         Expertise in reporting and metrics ·         Expertise in written, verbal communication, and presentation skills ·         Detail-oriented ·         Coordinating and/or leading meetings ·         Experience with MS Project and all MS Office tools ·         Candidates are required to have a Computer Science degree
