Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities
ü Analysis and planning of T24 SMS (Security Management System) implementation.
ü Reengineering of T24 SMS processes in line with best-in-class international practices and Business Units requirement.
ü Gathering T24 SMS requirements from the Business Units.
ü Preparation of requirement specifications / functional specifications module wise or Business Units wise.
ü Development of testing plans.
ü User coordination and user support.
ü T24 User/ Profile/ Rights management as required for Operations and other Organization Business Function.
ü Providing necessary guidance for the implementation of T24 SMS across all Banking Modules.
Education level
ü Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science
Professional qualifications
ü Professional level training in Information Systems
ü Training on Banking applications
Work Experience
ü At least 5 years experience in implementing of T24 SMS Application
ü At least 2 years experience in support and administration of T24 Application all modules
Specialist Skills/Competencies Required for the Role
ü Sound knowledge of banking systems preferably Temenos – T24
ü Through Understanding of Security Risks as regards to user access administration.
ü Knowledge and exposure to usage of standard Identity and Access Management Solution for automated T24 user administration.
ü User Role/ Profile / Rights definition in line with organizations Business Objectives.
ü Experience in re-designing the user access roles/ profiles/ rights as required by the Business unit.
ü Clear understanding of excessive user privileges.
ü Specific experience of the Bank's information security systems noted above.
ü Sound knowledge of security process and procedures in the banking industry.
ü Good communication skills.
