Qualification:      Minimum Bachelors from a reputable university.

Position 1:  PM-065 (Project Manager): 10 - 12 years (Minimum 6 - 8 years in Project Management)

Position 2:  APM-071 (Associate Project Manager): 6 - 8 years (Minimum 3 - 4 years in Project Management)

 

Job Descriptions:

• ·         Performs all aspects of project delivery from project scoping and definition to its successful execution.
• ·         Manages day-to-day execution of project implementations.  Assists with the planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the project.
• ·         Transform client vision into concrete business requirements.
• ·         Drive key stakeholder meetings and workshops to achieve the outcomes within the deadline.
• ·         Consult and advise clients on strategic business and technical alternatives.  Leverage client satisfaction through building business relationships and trust.
•        Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.  
• ·         Manage project risks and conflicts; deliver presentations to all levels of management.
• ·         Support the development of proposals and statements of work to include drafting estimation of effort/cost.
• ·         Perform/interpret metrics and analysis to identify opportunities and provide business justifications for clients.
• ·         Define to-be organization processes, capabilities, application of key technologies, and performance measurements/KPIs.
• ·         Develop implementation plans for proposed projects, including timelines, resource requirements and cost estimates.
• ·         Develop thoughtful and innovative strategies to improve customer experience, increase revenue generation and reduce operational costs.

 

Skills Required:

• ·         Highly adept at project and people management skills.
• ·         Ability to supervise a number of professionals from varying backgrounds and disciplines.
• ·         Strong interest in technology and latest developments.
• ·         Good communication skills and a highly professional attitude are essential.
• ·         Good understanding of IT projects and previous experience in Mobile Applications/web/software industry.
• ·         Knowledge in JAVA, .NET, Android, MS Dynamics, MS SharePoint will be a added advantage.
