Experience:
2+ years of Experience in WebSphere Portal Server, at least v6.1, or
v7.0 , working experience and comprehensive working with XMLAccess and
portal migration tasks including WCM migration.
2+ years of Experience in WebSphere Application Server, High
Availability Configuration
Experience to work With Web Servers, such as apache, or IBM HTTP
Server,
Good Knowledge of WebSphere Edge Component, Load Balancer.
Experience with UNIX/Linux based systems
Good Knowledge of Database Systems, performing basic administration
tasks, such as: Oracle, or DB2 or Microsoft SQL
Good Knowledge of LDAP Systems, performing basic administration tasks,
such as Active Directory or Tivoli Directory Server
Troubleshooting skills and Performance tuning skills is required

Preference
Experience with WebSphere Portal v8
Experience in Lotus Sametime
Experience in WebSphere Process Server or ESB
Experience in Websphere MQ Server
Experience in TAMeb
Working experience with Web Accelerators and load balancers
