Job Description : We are looking for technical/customer support + Sale person in our Karachi office who can give support to our UK clients and sale our product. Support will be mainly given for our Taxi Management Software. Full training will be given to the candidate.
Job Role: The role of the Customer Support Representative is to Respond to phone calls and customers' questions timely; Ensure accurate and timely order entry; Communicate order book; Manage the repairs process; Provide sales support; Export administration. The main objective is to keep our customers and commercial team satisfied.
Responsibilities:
• Installing, updating and configuring software application on clients
• Respond to Customers Timely
• Export control and licence application
• Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
• Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time;
• Logging customer queries
• Analysing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
Requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Fluent in English
• Plus point if able to work with SQL Server ( queries , scripting, database installation, etc )
• Excellent communication skills and telephone technique
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Competent in Microsoft SQL Server/ Network Admin
• Ability to build excellent rapport with customer to ensure
• Customer satisfaction
