Responsibilities  S/he will be specifically responsible to: plan and manage multiple modules of a large software implementation project independently through all phases of system implementation life cycle work closely with users to help define business requirements, understand the software functionality and generate a detail fit-gap analysis report with design considerations to meet business requirements provide leadership to the team in the enhancement and support of existing as well as new Hospital Information System modules / systems carry out feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis and to formulate proposals for system enhancement and implementation plans. Requirements Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science; At least five to seven years relevant experience; Thorough understanding and working knowledge of data modelling and analysis techniques; Appropriate knowledge and understanding of software engineering, object-oriented analysis & design as well as high level of awareness pertaining to programming languages; Excellent command over the programming languages; Excellent supervisory skills; Excellent inter-personal and communication skills; Ability to work in teams.
