1. Mobile Application Developer – Karachi, Pakistan (2 positions)

Netpace Systems is looking for a Mobile Application Developer with strong experience in iOS application development. Java, PHP, AJAX, HTML5 skills:

Experience and skills required:

• Experience with iOS, Objective C or and Cocoa Touch
• 2+ years experience in mobile application development
• 1+ years experience working with Android, iPhone, iPad, Blackberry, Flash Lite, Java ME, BREW, or Windows Phone mobile platforms
• Fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, problem solving, and complexity analysis

·         Proficiency in, at least, one modern object-oriented language such as Objective C , C++, or C#

·         Experience building complex iPhone Apps

·         Strong oral and written communication skills

 

2. Sr. J2EE Developer (2 positions)

Netpace, Inc (www.netpace.com) is looking for talented and motivated individuals to join as Sr. J2EE Developers. The ideal candidate should 5+ years experience in software development (full SDLC) with an emphasis on OO design.

• Demonstrated ability to develop (coding experience must) and implement complex enterprise class applications using Java & J2EE technologies.
• Proficiency with Struts, Hibernate, Spring Framework.
• Knowledge of SQL and /or Oracle (preferred)
• Candidates must be strong developers with active coding and designing skills.
• Coding skills are an absolute must.
• High degree of self motivation

4. SENIOR GRAPHIC / WEB DESIGNER (1 position)

 

We are currently looking for a qualified Graphic / Web Designer with at least 4 years of relevant domain experience.

 

Required:

• Design concepts and create mockups
• Create web UI/UX - effective and usable User Experiences
• Hands-on experience and expertise in HTML/CSS, HTML5/CSS3 and JQuery
• Expertise in using Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and Flash
• Exposure of different programming languages (e.g. JSP. ASP .NET) to work with the developer to integrate UI/designs

Preferred:

• Build creative and effective mobile apps - concepts, mockups, UI / UX
• Knowledge of SEO and W3C Standards
• Knowledge of CMS platforms (Joomla, Wordpress)
• Work with Business Analyst/Project Manager to define requirements
• Strong communication skills and a team player

 

5. SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEERS (3 positions)

 

We are currently looking for qualified candidates with software quality assurance engineering experience. QA Engineers will work with Product Managers, Software Engineers to create the highest quality products for our clients.

 

Required:

• 5+ years of software quality assurance engineering experience
• Expert knowledge of QA methodology and industry-standard testing and bug tracking tools
• In depth knowledge of Testing Strategies and QA processes
• Experienced in writing test plans, test cases, bug reports
• Diverse QA experience on a variety of platforms: websites, smart phones / mobile applications
• Proven ability to create, execute, and maintain comprehensive and air-tight test plans
• Enthusiasm to dig into technical specifications and to troubleshoot problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize the results
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings
• Creativity and initiative for improving product coverage and effectiveness
• In depth knowledge of Testing Strategies and QA processes
• Write test plans, test cases, bug reports, as well as create test procedures
• Experience with open source test automation tool's

• Experience with Selenium server

7. SDN Cloud Java Developer (2 positions) 

Job Responsibilities:

·         Designs and develops infrastructure software applications for managing complex network layouts

·         Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems and information servers.

·         Participate in overall design and architecture.

·         Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.

·         Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.

·         Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Required skills:

·         Strong experience with Web based architecture, development tools and technologies, e.g. Java, Spring/Hybernate, Java Servlets, EJBs, Perl, Python, UNIX, Ajax, SOAP, XML/XSLT/FOP, RestFull Apis, Struts, ANT, CMP, WebLogic

·         Familiarity with systems management concepts, processes and standards (e.g. SNMP, CLI, Netconf), capacity/performance management and tuning; and storage and network management

·         Experience with Postgresql or Mysql required, Oracle desired

·         Experience in Hadoop and NoSQL a huge plus

·         Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies desired

·         Experience designing N-tiered scalable and redundant applications
