IOS Device Configuration & Troubleshooting
IPv4 addressing
Subnetting
VLANs/Voice VLANs
QoS for Voice
Proven experience in end-to-end problem determination/troubleshooting system issues
Design/Architect IP Telephony systems
Familiarity with SIP integration techniques - carrier, cross systems, etc.
Experience in providing contact center solutions (call routing, CTI, systems integration, etc.)
