A Dubai based education organization has an urgent opening for an expert in developing mobile web applications in delivering key projects utilizing HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, PhoneGap. Skills required
- Translate mock up design images to code
- Develop pixel perfect pages that meet design requirements
- Manage scalable and cross-browser code across the site
- Strong knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript & JQuery, AJAX, JSON and XML.
- Good understanding of web standards, CSS-based design, cross-browser compatibility
- Experience developing rich user interfaces for web applications for desktop and mobile devices
- Knowledge of user centered design interface design principles and best practices with proven scenario development skills
- Strong knowledge of Image Editing Tools (Photoshop)
- Cross email client / browser design
- Familiar with design best practice for layouts, typography and usability
- Experience in modern web techniques and responsive design
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable both working within an existing code base and writing code from scratch
Qualification
- 3+ years of Professional Web front-end development experience
- 2+ years of Html5 and Mobile Web UI development experience
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience. Master's Degree preferred.
- Excellent communications skills both in team, across team and with management and other disciplines.
