01. Operations Manager – Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Description Our client, an integrated Engineering, Design and Fabrication firm is looking to hire an Operations Manager. This role is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Handling project activities entailing planning, resource allocation, procurement, site management, contract negotiation & administration, monitoring assignment and utilization for timely deliveries.
Maintain quality systems ensuring compliance to the defined quality guidelines while implementing systems, must be familiar with HSE & Quality standards of the company
Contacts with Clients, suppliers, professionals and Government institutions
Execution of various mechanical works, i.e. Rehabilitation and construction of power stations, tank, condenser, Desalination plant, piping works of Different diameters.
Hands on experience in handling CS, SS, DSS, SDSS, INCONEL, GRE, GRP & HDPE pipes etc.
Minimum Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, MBA/PGDM would be an advantage
Minimum UAE/GCC experience of over 15 years in Core site Fabrication, Mechanical erection, Project management /Commissioning / Start – Up / Operations / Maintenance /Installation/ Strategic Planning and Process Improvement
Experience dealing with EPC projects of companies like ADCO, TAKREER, GASCO etc.

02. Sales Manager – Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Description Our client, an integrated Engineering, Design and Fabrication firm is looking to hire a Sales Manager. This role is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas by projecting expected sales volume and profit; analyzing trends and results; establishing strategies; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
Meets Sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Review of purchase orders and call for the Kick of Meeting with Project Manager, Estimator, Purchase In charge, and Project Coordinator
Co-ordinate with Project/Operations Manager to allot the project budget for each project.
Comply with QHSE requirement as applicable.
Minimum Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum experience of 10 – 12 years working in a similar sales role with fabrication and erection projects
Mandatory UAE/GCC experience of working for core EPC projects of companies like Technip, Bechtel, Samsung, GS Engineering etc.
Excellent business development skills. Must be target-driven
