Should have done at-least 2 Oracle CRM implementations as a functional consultant in Oracle Service Contracts module & Depot to repair Module.
Should have done client facing role
Should have conducted requirement gathering workshops, CRPs etc.
Should be able to write MD050s (functional specifications) and guide the development team.
Should be well versed with writing Functional Test Scripts, Functional Testing, UAT and cut-over.
Should have knowledge on Data Migration activities
Good to Have Install Base , Telesales and teleservice knowledge
