Our client is a premier global private equity fund with operations in over 50 countries. This leader in global growth markets is looking to hire an Associate to assist with all stages of the Energy and Infrastructure deals. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team based in the Middle East.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be a major part of the operation and work on all aspects of the transaction
- You will be involved in the initial evaluation process of investments
- You will focus on developing models and working on the due diligence of investment opportunities
- You will also be involved in the management of portfolio companies
SKILLS WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
This role is likely to suit candidates at Associate level within a PE firm or investment bank
- A background in energy or infrastructure is not essential but an interest in these sectors is required
- You should have a degree in finance, economics or a related discipline – an MBA is preferable
- Excellent core technical skills including financial modelling, analysis and research are essential in this role
