Job Description
You, the Senior Tridion Developer, would be employed to work specifically on the various SDL Tridion digital projects & accounts working alongside the Digital Project Manager.
We are seeking an SDL Tridion expert, a problem solver, not a doer.Due to this, we require an individual with analytical thinking and problem solving experience. Our SDL Tridion projects are typically medium to large in size and are fully handled in-house from concept to hosting and maintenance.
The websites and applications that we develop are almost always integrated with a content management system and often with other third party applications and systems.
Our projects are primarily based on .NET, MVC, DD4T, XML and XSLT.
We use SDL Tridion and Umbraco as our CMSes of choice. You are required to be a Tridion expert and if you want we'll be more than happy to give you a chance to learn Umbraco.
We are seeking a confident communicator and problem solver who is professional and courteous, proactive and has the ability to get things done. You must have proven track record in medium to large website projects based on SDL Tridion and .NET / MVC technology.
Skills & Requirements
Your profile should consist of:
- Overall experience of at least 5 years with 3+ years of hands-on experience as a SDL developer/architect on SDL Tridion Content Management projects.
- Proven track record with SDL Tridion in large corporate environments delivering content to a large user base, using SDL Tridion best practices
- Expert in SDL Tridion concepts, Blueprint design, and Security
- Excellent knowledge of .NET, MVC, XML & XSLT.
- Attention to detail and quality is a must.
- Sensitivity to usability and design is a big plus.
- Ability to freely communicate in English (both verbal and written communication).
- Mature responsible outlook, ability to work independently when required, good attention to detail, proactive and an enthusiastic team player.
- The ability to work in a deadline driven, sometimes pressured environment.
