Job description	• Responsible for second level preventive maintenance and system… • Should have very strong experience on BSC. • Second level service problem restoration. • Handle and analyse Trouble Tickets and recommend solutions. • Perform second level Preventive Maintenance of nodes. • Acceptance testing of nodes. • To investigate faults/cause related to system/network problems… • Responsible for developing and overseeing the best practices in implementing work order according to engineering specifications and customer requirement when feasible in accordance with engineering specifications and marketing modalities. • Ensure the performance of hardware and software products is tested against company • Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and that performance meets both customer specifications and conforms to prevailing technical requirements, and… • Provide remote technical assistance via phone, on-line, or e-mail to other TSE’s and customer personnel (both 1 and 2nd tier) who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging products.
