CambridgeDocs is seeking to hire very strong "Flash Developers" with a high-level of ActionScript skills to build multimedia elements, flash applications and flash animations for our U.S. Based clients.

- Experience with development of Rich Internet Applications (RIA's) with Flash and Flex
- Extensive knowledge of Action Script 3.0 as well as 2.0
- Knowledge of steaming video using Flash. Should be able to build flash components to rapidly provide required functionality
- Should have knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of Server Side Language such as PHP/.NET with Flash is an added plus
- Assess and solve problems quickly and effectively
- Demonstrate solid verbal and written communication skills
- Work independently on projects and collaborate with multiple animators/developers on a single project.
