Please be informed that we have a suitable opening for the position of "Technical Engineer" with a Government Company, Abu Dhabi - UAE.
This position is an outsource position.

Job Description :

Serve as liaison/point of contact between Company users/subsidiaries and service desk.

· Provide client-based operational and technical support to computer users within Company and its subsidiaries.

· To carry out all pre-requisite works for the installations of computer system.
· Attend all assigned tasks and provide an effective solution in a timely manner.
· To assist Technical Analyst in completing the surveys, installation, general fault rectification and replacing of faulty device to maintain high availability of services and systems.
· To carry out the routine maintenance of various types of computers, printers and other data communication equipment and peripherals used in Company and its Subsidiaries or other clients of IT Integrated Unit
· Deploy equipment and maintain high quality of workmanship in all the installation related activities and follow the procedures, practices and regulations in the work place.
· Be reliable in providing high level of support to the team members and end-users in order to achieve consistent user satisfaction.
· Document problem resolutions for future reference.
Coordinate with the service desk and report any faulty device which is under warranty or maintenance agreement

Preferred Experience : 2-3 Years of relevant IT experience , with experience in customer service industry
