Experience:
- 6-8 years’ experience of managing team under high pressure goal oriented environment
- Must be aware of processes involved in operations, service improvements and projects.
- Presentable with excellent communication skills
- Must be a result oriented team player
- Experience in configuring Cisco Routers, Switches, Firewalls, IPS, Wireless LAN Controllers etc.
- Ability to formulate project plans, WBS, deployment plans and NRFU documents for different types of Network Projects.
- Have a potential to troubleshoot problems in complex network scenarios with RCAs.
- Exceptional analytical and data mining skills to comprehend customer requirements and to present the best Technical solution.
- Advance Knowledge of Layer 3 Technologies (OSPF,EIGRP,BGP,HSRP,NAT etc) and Layer 2 Technologies (STP,RSTP,VLANs, Etherchannel, Port Security etc).
- Expert Concepts of Network design , Infrastructure and boundaries.
- Possess good knowledge of ACS, Nexus, UCS,6500 and other Networking devices.
- Should have keen interest in using Network Simulation Tools (GNS3,IOU etc).
- Ability to perform network activities and assigned support calls on an individual basis.
- Flexible to move and perform activities as and when required by clients on an urgent basis.

- Bachelors of Computer Engineering/ Computer Science.
Certifications Preference (certified/trained):
- CCNA
- CCNP
- CCIE
