This is a senior level position that is primarily meant for handling regulatory matters of the Bank in compliance with SBP ’s regulations and litigation, recovery suits, loss cases, fraud and forgery matters, internal investigation and inquiry procedures. 4- Corporate actions, filing of forms and returns to SECP and SBP

6-Liaison with other departments on follow-up of matters arising out of Board meetings
