One of our Clients is looking for Maintenance Engineer for the following role

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
· Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for all Utilities operations and maintenance including Power Generation, HVAC & all other UPR related equipment.
· Cost controlling & budgeting of department expenses
· Expense controlling including Repair and Maintenance/ Consumables.
· Ensuring/ monitoring formats filling for operations/Maintenance.
· Operation of UPR.
· Safety Security of Men & Machinery
· Maintenance of Equipments/ Machinery as per Schedule
· Follow up of all EHS Standards
· Operations, Maintenance and Installation of Power Generation & HVAC Equipments another Utility equipments their Trouble shooting and Maintenance and Operation.
· Knowledge of budgeting, costing, BOQ’s preparation, and contract administration.
· High Analytical skills
Self starter and hard working and technically sound

· Build Organization & inspire people
· Good Team Leader
