One of the leading multinational Telecom Company is seeking Sales professionals for the following role:
Title of the Position: Direct Sales Executive
Position Supervises: Direct Sales Teams
Responsibilities Include:
· Meeting and exceeding assigned sales and quality targets.
· Generating new business by visiting clients & maintaining good business relationships.
· Awareness of the needs and requirements of the market including handling/sale of soft applications.
· Implementation of the selling standards and policies including sales process completion.
· Attending training & development programs as and when conveyed followed by meeting training standards.
· Ensuring customers are properly serviced to foster loyalty as well as churn management.
· Experience in relationship management, up-selling/cross selling of products.
· Excellent negotiations & Interpersonal Skills including good command over English.
· Knowledge of wireless and wired broadband platforms, VoIP, hosted solutions and networking would be considered as an advantage.
· Capacity to create value to the customers by building long term relationships & to meet their expectations in a high quality manner.
· Ability to drive opportunities to closure
· BCS, BS Computer Sciences, BS – IT or BBA.
· 1 to 2 years work experience in Internet and/or Voice Sales Industry.
