IT Manager

Candidate will be required to develop and manage a professional data center environment and IT Operations team. The candidate should look after computer operations and help desk services so as to provide help to external clients / customers. Candidate will have to manage the contingency site, including infrastructure, policies, procedures and testing. To ensure that best practice and high levels of service to business users are provided at all times. The ability to develop and document policies and procedures is essential, as is workflow tracking and infrastructure monitoring. Ability to work with diversified nationalities and manage assignments of remote / international ground offices / outlets. Should have sound knowledge of project management and systems change management. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering / Masters in Computer Applications and 5 years of experience at management level required. Additional certifications will be considered a plus.
