Areas of Responsibility:	Design, procurement, construction, operation and maintenance of electrical power distribution and wiring systems Ensure efficient working of pumps, meters, electrical appliances, gas lines, lifts, meters etc. Ensure uninterrupted services of all communication mediums i.e(Phone, Internet and others) Keep close liaison with Admin for record keeping and maintenance of company's Assets with their current physical status. Ensure and suggest installation of all Fire, Safety and Security hazards i.e(Fire Alarms, Extinguishers, Sprinkles, Safety Signages etc).
