Principle Duties and responsibilities 1) Server and workstation hardware
setup and support. 2) Software installation and support 3) Network setup
and troubleshooting 4) Customer relations 5) Troubleshooting logic 6)
Operations support for healthcare products. 7) Timely reporting of
activities and documentation 8) Ability to work with and enhance the team
9) Follow appropriate procedures, either software or hardware, to resolve
the issue. 10) Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner.
Appropriate customer facing. 11) Perform any other duties assigned by your
manager. Qualification and common skills 1) Works well individually or in
