1. Database Administrator (Experience Required: 5+ years)
DBA will be responsible for the following activities:
- Backup jobs/Monitor Backups/Verification of Daily Backups
- Installation/Configuration/Upgrade (SPs)/Migration
- Database Security Checks/Tests
- Storage and Capacity Monitoring and Planning
- Performance Tuning/Monitoring
- Other Troubleshooting on demand and on Issue reported by any Client
- Table Indexes on the basis of mostly used columns.
- Track Slow running queries and try to optimize the code and apply required Indexes and Stats
- Using SQL Profiler, get the costly queries.
- Finding Deadlocks and report to the Dev. Team to make it optimize
- Monitoring Continuous data growth
- Get ready for different solutions if data growth rate is too high
- SAN solutions or Data Partitioning (logically and physically)
- Monitor Server performance stats regularly to check its threshold level of every resource
- Configure SQL Replication (Transactional, Merge, Snapshot)
- Monitor and Troubleshooting of Replications
- Planning and optimization of Replication configuration according to the Data Growth
2. Business Intelligence Expert (Experience Required: 5+ years)
Role Description:
The "Business Profile" of the Development Team, the person who will perform the following actions:
- Dialogue, Estimate and Plan delivery of Stats and Analytics from Eovendo's Sales and Analysis Team.
- Min Weekly (or more frequent) dialogue with the Eovendo staff, in regards to requirements and support to business.
- Direct Dialogue to the Development Team, in regards to collecting requirements and needs for day to day operations.
- Advisory and Planning / Delivery of Reports and Extracts from System
- Sanity Check of Content, secure Valid and Accurate Business data from our Developers.
- Understand and Support the Sales Team in Operation Issues / Not only via Email, but as a proactive "Go Getter" in regards to the information.
- (Optional) Can step in to assist with the Day to Day Eovendo Support (To have understanding of what is going on in the business)
- (Optional) Assist with Sanity Check in QA Process
Requirements
- Business Understanding (Sales and Finance)
- Understanding of and Experience with BI and Reporting
- Strong grip on SQL Query writing
- SQL Reporting Services Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
3. IOS/Android Developer: (Experience Required: 3+ years)
Experience should be good in Mobility under
- PhoneGap framework - at least 1 year doing projects in this framework
- Android native
Additionally a perfect candidate would also have
- IOS Native
- Some .NET experience
