· Responsible for Maintenance Network Operations and Technical Assistance.
· Coordination with Commercial & Finance Department.
· Analyzing and troubleshooting of coverage issues.
· Managing Remote Server (located in USA) using Terminal Services & Remote Admin for testing new equipment's.
· Troubleshooting by means of SIP and H323 Signaling Messages and the ISDN Cause code.
· Troubleshooting LAN networks, configuring IP addresses in the local network and checking the internet related issues in the local environment.
· Analyzing Signaling between the endpoints by the Network Protocol Analyzer
· (Ethereal Traces).
· Having Good command in VoIP Protocols.
· Proactive monitoring of the routes based on their stats graphs and CDR's and escalating issues properly and their on time resolution taking necessary actions to overcome their affects.
· Investigating tickets based on logical grounds and replies should be effective and quick.
· Establishing smooth interconnectivity between different clients and the organization
B.E. Electrical, Preferably in Telecommunications
Experience Required: 1 - 2 years (Fresh may also apply)
