PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
· Bachelors in Engineering with at least 7-8 years of exposure in the similar role

· Responsible for developing processes ,plan and test methods treatment of by-products and supervise production.
· Ensuring the technical integrity of plants and new projects for both internal and external customers
· Designing, optimizing and improving the operation of equipment and facilities
· Advising on process safety issues.
· Analyzing and interpreting laboratory and plant data. Commissioning new installations.
· Designing of PFD and P&ID Diagrams
· Equipment and piping modeling in PDMS.
· Generation of vessel and piping isometrics
· Preparing piping layout, isometrics extraction, Nozzle orientation, MTO summary and vendor drawing incorporation.
· Interface clash check.
· Designing, drafting and operational knowledge of various types of flow temperature and pressure instruments.
· Operations of various types of pumps and other plants related equipments.
· Plant process knowledge of Fractional Distillation, steam distillation and vacuum distillation, absorption, centrifuging and size reduction in Dicofol plant, Endosulfan,. Caustic soda manufacturing and Sodium hypochlorite.
· Manufacturing process knowledge of Lovastatin (Cholesterol Lowering agent), grannuels , Micronisation of different micro free pharma products etc.
· Computer knowledge in Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel and AutoCAD and PDMS.
