One of our Clients is looking for Compliance Executive for the following role

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION · Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of related experience
· Work related experience should consist of an in-depth background in Bank administration, compliance and supervisory skills.
· Responsible for implementing and administering all aspects of the Bank's Compliance Management Program.
· Plans, organizes, and controls the Bank's day-to-day administrative, lending and operational compliance activities.
· Assist in staff training related to new hires, compliance, customer service, mainframe and software computer programs,
· Assist the seniors in ensuring department activities run smoothly and efficiently by providing leadership, training and supervision within the department,
· Perform direct supervisory duties of assigned department staff, coordinates staff for coverage in assigned areas of the department, and is required to be fully knowledgeable and skilled in all areas of the department,
· Assure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
· Advanced experience, knowledge and training in progressively responsible bank administration, management and supervisory activities,
· Knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, Bank operational policies and procedures, and the Bank's products and services.
