The candidate should have Bachelors degree or Equivalent
Technical Skills Required:
Systems Analysis Skills: Entity relationship Diagram
Programming: C, C++, Visual Studio, .Net knowledge using C# or VB .NET and web Services.
Programming with COM/DCOM
Web Programming: Knowledge of web tools and technology, including JAVA script, VB script, HTML, XML, ASP are a plus
Databases: SQL Language in the MS%SQL Server and or Oracle Databases environment (User, programming and preferably also administration levels)
Operating Systems: Windows 2000/XP, Unix ( User and preferably also administration levels)
Networking: Web and client/server Applications: TCP/IP, IIS, LAN and WAN concepts.
CTI/Contact center technology and protocols and experience in the contact center area is a plus ..
