Job Description:
Working closely with Center Head in implementing IT policies and procedures.
Taking care of all the network servers, applications and infrastructure and regularly monitoring network and internet performance.
Exploring opportunities for establishing linkages and partnerships.
Establishing a robust system of technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ensuring that all systems are properly working and are being utilized at an optimum level.
Assigning and monitoring tasks to IT support officer.
Ensuring daily backups, all system interfaces, server hardware and logs.
Claim suppliers for any Software/ Hardware conflicts.
Documenting, archiving all correspondence and trouble shooting, follow up suppliers' visits and maintenance.
Develop and adapt any ideas that bring IT services to higher level.
