Job Description
- Have knowledge of ETL process
- Optimizes complex query, index, and server functionality
- Provide complex reports in MS Excel and able to troubleshoot and modify existing reports
- Responsible for database administration, including backup and recovery procedures, maintenance and support.
- Completes complex tasks utilizing Visual Management Studio including job, replication and SSIS package creation, modification and maintenance.
- Completes production and development roll-outs of new schema/objects, DBs, tables, and table changes.
- Create and maintain appropriate documentation for databases, production support and end-users.
- Coordinate with software engineers for any data related issues.
Skills Required
- Must have strong SQL query writing skills in SQL Server
- Must have working experience in Query optimization, R&D Queries.
- SQL Server 2008 R2 (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
- MS Excel + VBA scripting
- Able to work independently within specified time constraints
- Can handle/troubleshoot SQL Server.
