Candidate Qualification: Graduation from any of the reputed institution
Job Descriptions
Working experience on similar capacity for more than 4 years with at least
1~2 implementation life cycles
Proficiency in Oracle E-business Suite in AP, AR, FA, CM, GL, HRMS, OTL,
Property Management and EAM with the good understanding of finance
module interfaces between real Estate and property management.
Applications Architecture and cross modular knowledge.
Should have been involved in the delivery of Oracle 12i project
implementations in various vertical, align with the Business Process
Standardization and corporate policies governance.
Possess business acumen with in depth understanding of financial business
operation flows.
Capable to troubleshoot and provide quality problems resolution.
Be able to cope with multi-tasking assignment excellent analytical,
interpersonal and communication skills.
Working experience on Developer 6i, SQLLOADER, PL/SQL, Discoverer and
BI tools report will be an added advantage
Working experience in Oracle cost accounting concept.
Demonstrates an understanding of the market / Real Estate industry standard
and ability to bring new innovation into the system
