One of our Clients is looking AM - Planning for the following role

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
· Master Degree with at least 8 years exposure in Supply chain including 5 years in the planning and forecasting of an FMCG.
· Experience in handling frozen food products (especially meat, marine) would be an added advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS
· Establish a route plan to forecast weekly capacity requirements and to predict longer term capacity requirements.
· Develop a model to identify and monitor the capacity requirements.
· Carry out sensitivity analysis and create a decision model for optimal utilization of the existing capacity, considering all other business impacts.
· Create and maintain up to date metrics and reports to monitor the capacity utilization at network and fulfillment centre level.
· Support the capacity expansion within the existing fulfillment centre and introduction of new network nodes.
· Initiate and support the implementation of process-improvements, both the business processes and the technical solutions.
· Work closely with the cross functional teams to understand the capacity planning models and systems.
