· Civil Engineering Degree is required
· 3-5 years working experience in the field of Quality Control
· Ideally have experience with US Army Corps of Engineers QC procedures
· Have a good knowledge of computer
· English Language skill is an advantage
· Strong communication & interpersonal skills
