Head of Customer Marketing in FMCG

We are looking for those people only, who have worked in Coke, Pepsi, UniLeverPakistan, P&G or likewise companies and have completed their MBA from IBA, LUMS, CBM or SZABIST with high GPA

Position is Karachi based, permanent and in sales department of top FMCG company.

Job Title: Head of Customer Marketing

Department: Sales

Reporting to: Director Sales

Job Status: Senior Level

Location: Karachi


Purpose of Job:

Drive business planning process. Develop go to market plans for new product launches, Pro-actively Manage retail & wholesale channels, Manage category management projects, Generate retail Environment specific shopper and trade insights, etc.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Identify focus channels for customer marketing initially
· Develop customer marketing programs for retail environment
· Set up a process for budgeting and planning of CM activities

Qualification: MBA (IBA, LUMS, CBM) with high GPA
Good working knowledge of computers

Experience: 6-8 years in similar capacity
(Experience in Coke, Pepsi, UniLeverPakistan, P&G would be preferred)
